It is the objective of the Santa Rosa Mineral & Gem Society (SRMGS) to both respect and protect the privacy of its members, supporters and contributors.
To support this objective we will:
Only use the first name and last initial of someone's name on our web site, social media, printed materials or meeting minutes.
If the individual prefers we use their full last name, we will accommodate that request as appropriate
We will never intentionally sell, give away or publish an individual's phone number, address or email unless specifically requested.

Usage of Photos
We reserve the right to publish pictures taken at club events/meetings. If an individual prefers we not use their image, they may:
Request we not directly include them in pictures or ask us to remove a published image.
Upon request, our objective is to accommodate the request within 72 hours.
